ramen soup
maked with a help of Oleg Flaisher.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 10 pcs shitake mushrooms
- 15 pcs shimagee mushrooms
- 10 pcs forest mushrooms without bottom
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 pcs tofu cube cutted for cubes
- 100 gr dried wakame seaweed
- 20 gr tahini
- 10 gr sriracha sauce (also can used red hot chilli)
- 2 tbsp Brewers' Yeast
- 1 package noodles
- 10 gr ginger
Instructions
In the oven
- plating cutted forest mushrooms with tofu in oven plate
- baking on 250c 10 minutes
in the pot
- boiling water
- cooking noodles(time described on package)
Meanwhile
- boiling the olive oil in other pot
- chopping green onion, ginger, garlic and Mushroom stalks. and throwing in the pot, cooking like a minute until everything crunchy.
- adding shitake and shimagee and frying two other minutes.
- adding water until everything covered cooking 10 minutes.
- adding the wakame seaweed, brewers yeast, soy sauce and sriracha sauce.
- boiling another 5 minutes.
- moving away from the heat.
- adding the noodles, mushrooms and the tofu cubes.

have a nice ramen soup meal!
